The “Olive” Air Jordan 5 is making its long-anticipated sophomore retail voyage after over a decade and a half in cold storage. The 2024 iteration appears it be a fairly faithful recreation of its 2006 progenitor. It sports an army olive upper with clear netting adorned on the sides and is also present on the tongue. Solar orange is present on the Jumpmen that appears on the reflective tongue and rear heel, respectively; the same hue also shows up on the inner and lace locks.
Below the aforementioned upper resides an army olive midsole accented with speckled orange “teeth” as well as an army olive and translucent rubber outsole.
As it currently stands, the “Olive” Air Jordan 5 is scheduled to begin its second retail run, 9 March 2024 at Nike.com and select retail establishments; they will carry a 210 USD sticker price.
